The hotel location was very convenient, especially for getting to and from the airport. It was also a plus that the room had air conditioning. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as there were stains on the bedsheets and the room did not feel particularly clean overall. Very strategic location either going in to town or early morning flight from Heathrow. Very close to Hatton Cross station . Hatton Cross to airport terminals Is free of charge by tube but you still have to use your credit cards or Oyster card to tap in and tap out . Room very clean, staff super helpful and kind . Gym area and pool very clean and well maintained —ideal for a quick workout before your flight. Definitely the hotel is an hidden gem at Heathrow Airport . Breakfast is pretty good too .

My stay at the Atrium was very pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I also enjoyed dinner there one evening, which was equally nice. The swimming pool was a lovely feature and a great amenity to have during the stay. One point worth noting for future visitors is that most of the parking is located in an underground car park with a height restriction of 1.9m, with only a limited number of spaces available outside the hotel.

I only stayed 1 night in the hotel with my 9 years old daughter. Overall it is a good hotel for 1 night, but we had some challenges: Hotel car park (£18/night) is very small, it was full when we arrived, had to look for an alternative option near by. Better have a plan B before you arrive. Swimming pool has restricted schedule for children. The pool is open until 8.00pm. We arrived at 6.00pm to the pool and been told that the children session is over. I booked a hotel especially for the pool. We went next day early after breakfast and before check out, but the pool was too busy. We wanted to have a meal in the hotel restaurant, we got a table after 20 min. queuing up, but we decided to leave as we saw other guest are complaining that they are waiting 45 mins for their food. We went to the nearby Indian restaurant what was lovely.
