Setbacks: toilet and shower are NOT in the same room per all hotel rooms. Room AC unit is an old annoying AC unit with an annoying remote.

"Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour.
Breakfast is good, it could be better.
