It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."

. It's very easy to walk to restaurants and cafes and bars. If you drive, the free parking available close to the hotel is a blessing. However, we would take public transportation if we returned. The gym and spa are enough, the pool area is tidy and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent.
