"The day before we were supposed to arrive, I called to ask about getting a recliner in our room for my husband to sleep in, because his pain had gotten so severe that he wasn’t sleeping in a bed. His hip replacement surgery was scheduled for the morning after our arrival at the hotel. The desk clerk immediately upgraded our room to a handicap room with ground floor access and a chair in the room, because they didn’t have any recliners. She was so accommodating and sweet!! Once we arrived, the check-in was simple because of early online check-in and our room was very clean!! The beds were very comfortable!! I was worried about staying there on my second night alone because Bend is such a large city, but the hotel is in a good spot, right off the main road. The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe getting to and from my room after being at the hospital all day. We will definitely be staying here again in January when we come back for my husband’s second hip replacement. First the left, then the right hip! Thank you so much Days Inn staff for your kindness and cleanliness!!! "

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with various firmness pillows. The TV was a little fuzzy but was a short drive to downtown and was priced well. Breakfast was good to saisage gravy and buscuiy and other options. Aside from the TV syay was flawless."
