"A beautiful location. A family-operated hotel that welcomes you to be part of the family. We’re really happy we made the drive up the mountain-side to stay here. Next time we will stay longer. "

"It is self check in, with no staff.
Internet is spotty and I couldn't get checked in.
Luckily a person staying there, called a number that didn't work for me.
She got the code for a room key.
Next morning the proprietor was very apologetic and gave me a bottle of Chevas Regal as compensation.
Breakfast was included, and was marvelous. They prepared eggs, and had a great selection of breakfast food.
Modern and beautifully built.

"A good choice for a stopover after crossing the alps. Clean, comfortable with a restaurant attached and many others in a nearby pedestrian zone. We would definitely return."

"What a beautiful location! We used the trains and buses so the hotel was very convenient. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times. Breakfast was available at an extra charge but can be eaten there or taken with you. The shower is in the room so with four people there was a little less privacy and space but beds were comfortable and it is very quiet. This was a great place for us to branch out from this little town...

"Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful."

"We found this hotel via the app, and figured we’d take little detour to get there. This ”little detour” was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama.
When we finally arrived in the little village, we got an eerie feeling of being on the set of ”Deliverance”. Do they even have electricity here? Did I hear a banjo playing from the woods? Is this our final destination?
All that...

"Perfect location downtown Fiesch. Friendly and supportive owner, good breakfast, no fan or ac! But rooms are cool enough.
Unfortunately it smells not good and it is very old. "
