"The staff are lovely with great service and the view from the dining hall overlooking the water is beautiful. The breakfast is decent, with a few western options for picky children. The miso soup is excellent. The public outdoor bath was small but the ambiance is very relaxing. The shuttle is convenient to the station and will drop you off near-ish the aquarium as well. The building is old and very dated, but that was part of its charm, and many other places in Toba are the same. The only...

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"Hotel is very close to all the activities. Hotel shuttle takes you to Toba station and the aquarium and the pearl island are walking distance.
The view from the lobby is breath taking! Must wake up early and watch the sunrise. "
