"We had a great stay!! LOVED the location because it was super convenient to everything.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Free mini bar refilled daily was nice!
The breakfast buffet was mediocre but not bad for the price.
Roof top bar was nice. Great views and fun staff up top.

"It is just wow!!! What a Lovely front desk warm and friendly staff . I had an amazing stay in this Lovely Hotel . Everything is just nearby ! The best place to have access easy to the lake Hoan Kiem , the old quarter with the vibe !! The roof top bar is the place you won’t miss !! You have the good view of Hanoi. I recommand this hotel to experience the Spirit of friendship you can’t find anywhere. "

Handy location in the old quarter, multiple food options everywhere you look. Supermarket close by as well. Can be tricky to navigate via google maps as there are 2 hotels with similar name. although it was a little cold to swim.
The lobby is comfortable and has some nice paintings

"I would highly recommend this hotel. It's had very clean rooms very comfortable bed hot water for the shower and good reliable Internet for my video calls for work that I needed to do.
