"Took an hour to check in! Ridiculous long line, not enough people checking in guests and some took over 20 minutes to check in one person! Only breakfast option is a buffet - gross. Dinner was pretty good but expensive. Most staff seems nice. Beautiful

The poor staff couldnt get our key cards programed but while we waited for it to come back up they let us up to our room. Unbeknownst to us the only way to work the elevator was with the room key. That made for some comical moments getting back too the room with a bunch of luggage. We were able to get our keys anout 30min after everything and settled into our room. I also thought i had...
