"Hotel was clean and well kept. It appeared safe. Breakfast was good and managed very well. Parking was easy and convenient.
Room was comfortable and beds were too.
Only one issue-The room Air Conditioner is micro-managed. It will not continuously cool to setpoint. I don't know exactly what was going on, but it appeared to have a motion sensor or some other cost saving feature installed by the Hotel."

However, when we entered the room there was damage to the wall behind the door. It looked like someone previously slammed the door open and the door knob caused the hole. I reported it the moment I noticed it and it was not reported by the staff who cleaned the room. Which meant had I not said something they would have tried to blame me...
