"A beautiful property, ideal for exploring the Franciacorte area with a helpful, courteous and generally excellent staff. Our room 202 had a Jacuzzi shower that did not work and was essentially a moveable hand shower in a small enclosure. It needs a proper shower. The TV in the corner of the room could not be properly viewed anywhere from the bed due to blockage and ALL english language programs were essentially unwatchable due to poor signal.

"Excellent warm and friendly service. Design of the rooms was not great though. The hooks for the towels are in the WC of the room. The towel rack was in the shower too. Lighting was quite dim in the rooms too.
However bed was comfortable and room was clean."

"Great boutique property next to the Duomo. Very easy to walk to many places as well as trams to other areas. Very nice property, very well designed, laid out and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant throughout and were very helpful with any questions. I don't think you could find a better place to stay while vacationing in Milan.
