We ate in the bar one evening. I’m a pescatarian and I had the Nourish Salad Bowl with crispy smoked tofu. I’m not always the keenest on tofu however this meal was absolutely delicious! My partner had the Sausage and Fennel Ragu and he loved that too.

"The hotel has new owners and is under renovation. Our room was all brown, kind of cave-like to mimic a stable. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare at 7 am. There are no tissues either, but a really nice espresso machine. Breakfast was amazing, with smoothies and a cooked menu. The location was great. We hiked to Ebrington and through the countryside. Views from the manor were beautiful. "
