Parking at this hotel is horrible 2nd floor entry to hotel is completely overtaken by valet space No where to park close to the hotel entrance from parking structure. And kept getting threatened not to park there or could get towed. Never again will I be staying at this place

Great family stay
My family stayed here for a Pokemon Regional event at the convention center across the street and it was perfect for our trip. We arrived early at 10:30am and they allowed us an early check in (no fee!) so we could drop off our bags and freshen up before heading to the event. Everything was clean and modern, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The shop in the lobby was open until 10pm which was convenient for snacks!
