Perfect place to stay to catch an flight from Heathrow the following day. Reception was friendly and when I checked out they told me about a direct pod that takes them from their hotel to the airport in 5 min. This was perfect since I didn’t want to walk to a bus station alone at 6 in the morning

Reliable airport stay
As usual, this was a good, reliable stay. Rooms we had were clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay before an early flight. We ate in the newly renovated bar and restaurant watching the planes take off. Food was good.

Getting to the hotel from the terminal was a little confusing at first until I went online and followed the directions on the Hotel's website. I was surprised that a hotel full of people travelling was only accepting card payments and no cash (which is all I had), so as a result I was not able to order dinner or properly pay for the Pod from the airport to the hotel. I ended up having to leave the premises and walking past the Premier Inn to the McDonalds to go get dinner. The room was small and the safe provided in the room did not lock. The toilet could have been cleaned a little better, but overall the accommodation was perfectly average. Clean, neat, ordered and the staff were helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast (which was included in my booking) was also very good and reflected the establishment well.

The food on the Aviator Restaurant was terrible. My steak appeared to have been cooked sometime beforehand and reheated and therefore had the taste and consistency of lightly cooked carpet. My partner described their Double Decker burger as worse than McDonalds

Good & convenient for overnight stay close to LHR
Small but adequate room for single person with kettle, tea and coffee. Good sports bar and service. Quite noisy with sounds from adjacent rooms and corridor. I struggled to get the room warm in winter. Good value for the price and would use again.
