Won’t go back
We were uninformed that the pool for our half of the resort was under construction. We had to go three buildings away to use an elevator to carry our luggage up because all of the elevators were out of service. The resort was under heavy construction, and all of the breezeways seem to be storage spaces. There was something wrong with the AC in the unit and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The TV in the bedroom had blotchy blocks that interfered with the picture and the worst of it. All whoever was staying next to us had a very barky dog. My autistic son was terrified of the loud echoing barks. Structurally the walls were paper thin we could hear every single motion above us and all around us. While spending time at the pool, somebody in a cabana had a massive speaker , the speaker was blaring some type of Spanish rap, music… There was no escaping to a peaceful place at the pool that was open because the music was really that loud!Not only that when booking this hotel I did not realize there was a $49 resort fee as well as $27 parking.
For one night I booked this room for $159 then once I got to the resort I owed an additional 90 this is not a $200 plus per night hotel.
