The stay was great until we realized that during our stay one of the vendors on property stole my wife’s credit card information and fraudulently charged her 5000 mxn. They had a “street vendor fair” in the main concourse and my wife purchased a bracelet from a vendor who proceeded to steal her identity. Do not stay here, they do not value their guests safety and actively invite people in to scam them. Total clown operation.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations I had based on your resort’s reputation. Firstly, I was placed in a room that was located right next to the smoking area, which significantly impacted my comfort. The room itself was far from the standard I anticipated; it was poorly maintained, with no couch or chair available for relaxation. Additionally, the food provided was very basic and lacked variety, making meals a rather disappointing aspect of the stay. To make matters worse, despite the resort being almost empty, no room upgrades or improvements were offered, which could have enhanced the overall experience. Given these issues, I am hoping you will be able to offer some form of compensation or remedy for the poor quality of my stay. I chose your resort with high expectations, and I hope this was an isolated experience that does not reflect your usual standards.

If you book through Expedia or some other source, they’re not as helpful for accommodating transportation, if you need to go somewhere Some of the staff were helpful in regards to doing certain things others were very disregarding someone that is not a Mexican citizen. The food was OK there was a variety of it, but sometimes it was cold when it should’ve been hot and lacked flavor or pray for Privilege service you might as well save your money and just eat regular because the food is not worth it because there’s a possibility of getting sick off the food. Our Butler was not very accommodating. He didn’t reach out to us like another. Butler did and checking on us if we needed anything or wanted to schedule anything and the Butler that was very helpful with stuff did an excellent job even though he wasn’t our responsibility.

This was a pretty basic 4 star but decent value for the price. I realize I am a bit of a picky traveler, so consider that when I give my list of pros and cons. Hopefully it will help others make a more informed decision. Pool was great. Large with lots of available seats and umbrellas. I didn’t have to get up at 7 am to save a seat, which was great. Beach area had plenty of palapas but the beach itself is a bit of an afterthought. You mostly face over a sea wall at the water but not much sand. The view is nice at least. A simple suggestion to make life better for the ladies - please add hooks to the doors in the bathrooms at pool. It’s awful coming in with your bag/towel/coverup and having no where to put them. Very rare waiter service at pool/beach. Food is mediocre at best and SO salty. I didn’t eat anything I loved. Was easy to get in restaurants. Room layout was good and was in good condition overall. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi was great throughout the property - never any issues. TV had a few English channels, which is pretty rare. AC worked great and seemed newer. The bedding was a big miss for me. The blanket was paper thin and essentially felt like there was only a sheet on the bed. Mini bar was stocked daily. No slippers / robe. Toiletries were cheap and sad. Definitely pack your own. Soundproofing was awful and I was woken up nightly. Worst part of the stay (why I wouldn’t go back) is the constant smell of sewage. It ruined the week.

This was a return visit for us and we enjoyed it again! Employees make the place the best. Kenddell is such a fun spirit and helps everyone have a great experience along with his team memebrs. Miguel at the pool bar always takes care of us. We were very happy with the cometely renovated fitness center with all new equipment. OMR does a great job and we will be back.

The entertainment staff, especially Kendell, is a standout. His energy and dedication to guests are endless, and the other team members, including cheeky baby, contribute to a fun atmosphere. Most staff, like Jo Jo, Ana, Jorge at the Italian restaurant, Eber, Miquel, Andres, and Jonny, go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms and services were good, and the food has noticeably improved. This last trip saw a faultless buffet experience, with excellent breakfasts every day. While there are many positives, there have been changes in the entertainment direction and it was less fun than in the past plus the privilege desk service has declined. Other than that it’s great.
