Very bad service and reception staff very bad and very rude plus they only give one key if you are two person and one of the person want to go out he have to take Kay with because lift doesn’t work without key so other person stay in the room without the light because when you take your key light get off very strange hotel very bad customer service not helpful I travel all over the world but never had hotel and staff like that very very bad I will never going to use this hotel again very rubbish hotel

Everything was good. But even it’s 4 star hotel they don’t have microwave in room. Parking is not included it’s AED30 for each day. breakfast is good but there isn’t have any meat option. Check in staff very helpful and friendly (Ejaz, in particular). Lunch in the cafe was very nice. The in-hotel perfume shop helpful and it was fun to smell all the different fragrances. Hotel is very well located for the excellent Dubai Metro.
