Pool was being worked on for most of our stay and although there is an elevator they do not allow usage of it. We had to carry lots of luggage to the 3rd and 4th floor. Due to the mishap of the pool we were offered rooms with Jacuzzis so that was nice. Do not recommend this hotel for older people as there is a nightclub next door and the music is blasting until about 3 am, it didn’t bother us but I could see it being a nuisance to other people. Location is awesome as it is literally right next door to La Quinta Avenida. Overall had a good stay, and staff was friendly.

I really love the aesthetic of this property. The staff were extremely hospitable and very kind. They made me feel at home. The area is also very convenient as it is in the middle of the busier street with all the fun, parties, restaurants, shopping centres. It was very easy to go back home to change or grab something and then head back out to go in with my day. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay at for this trip and would definitely look at coming back again in the future!

Right in the middle of Playa del Carmen, which is great. But not for light sleepers as the music outside goes on until 2am. Convenient underground parking, but harf to find. Wifi was broken while we were there. Breakfast is at nearby restaurant with very limited choices.
