Great new hotel for Cruise Departure
Great stay, new hotel, cute little rooftop pool. Staff was great, super close to the Cruise Port. Wish the rooftop bar was open while I was there...but it was a weeknight. A missed opportunity. Strangest breakfast system I have ever seen for what was essentially a frozen microwaved burrito and anything else from the grocery shelves...no better or worse than anyone else's free breakfast, save for snack/soda choices and a novel "made to order" ordering system that needed a little explanation.

Convenient and new, but just too much noise
Hotel is almost new and good condition. However, we had a room towards a noisy street corner - I paid extra for the corner room with view into two directions and regretted it: It felt like the cars and trucks were running through the room all night, making it hard to sleep - so in the end the hotel does not meet the minimum bar: a good night's sleep - so I cannot recommend it

Terrible sleep daylight night sleep
Not so good do room being as bright as daylight because the black out blinds were stuck in-the up position and outside the windows were bright lights. The bar food was cold and the special coffee was cold and god awful. Breakfast sandwich were microwaved and soggy. For the price of the room I was expecting better quality from the hotel.

I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew they charge $35+tax for valet parking and that is no other parking option. The Crown Plaza next door offers free parking. We checked in late at night around 11pm , the front desk told us it’s ok if we check out half an hour later the next day at 12:30pm. However the next morning, shortly after 10am the cleaning lady came to knock at our door and entered the room, and the front desk told us we have to leave the room at 12pm. The room is very large, but no chairs. We are a family of four, but only 3 bath towels were provided. Overall we are disappointed
