Helpful staff, decent tasting and generous sized breakfast buffet, the room was nicely sized for a family of four, great location, overall good value for the price in London.

Check in was easy, breakfast and dinner were good and the staff was super friendly in helping us figure out affordable options for our group.

8/10 Very good

Clean room and very helpful jolly staff. Except for the closure of some bus stops near the Inn, it would have been perfect, Next time we will try the breakfast or order meals.

8/10 Very good

The hotel offered good value for money and was in a good location. The room was relatively good, but the bathroom was worn and dirty, with black mould in the shower.

Staff was great, shower could’ve used more cleaning in the edges and corners but overall it was a good stay. I’d stay again

A/C was great - especially in a heat wave! The location made using public transit simple, and the bag check came in handy on our last day. Would certainly stay here again.

The family room was small. But clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

A well stocked, hot English breakfast early every morning was much appreciated here along with the various hot beverage options that were offered. The beds were soft with good pillows. While I wish high speed wireless was a given, we upgraded each day and streaming was not a problem. We felt this was a home to come back to each day after traveling the city and taking bus tours around England. Oh and the air conditioning was strong and MUCH appreciated as there was a bit of a heat wave on when we were there.

6/10 Good

The room was quiet. Sadly, the room was minimally clean when I arrived. It only gets cleaned if you request it in the morning. After asking for it to be cleaned it was more so, sufficiently so, but it doesn't appear that it is ever vacuumed.

Location is great. Room we stayed did not have sunlight. Breakfast was very limited. AC was good.

Very good, will stay again. The hotel locates in the middle of farringdon and barbican. Plenty of choices for breakfast. The only one disadvantage is not providing free bottles of water.

Great location- very centrally located but also tucked away where it was quiet and safe. Room was small for 4 people, but frankly was as expected for a hotel in the middle of London. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Especially loved the lattes and chocolate croissants. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience.

Premier Inn was a great first stay - clean rooms and basic amenities. They allowed us to check out later, which was very convenient for us! Would definitely come back :)

Situated just next to the Smithfield market and only about 6-8 minutes from the Farringdon station, thus close to both the Elizabeth line for Heathrow and the train to Gatwick. There are restaurants about 4-5 minutes away, but none close the hotel, thus the area is fairly quiet. By London standards, the room is of a good size, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good

6/10 Good

Air conditioning was poor. It stopped from time to time by itself, causing the room to be very hot for sleep at night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom or the main room, causing the smell in the room very stiff and stale. No cellphone signal in the room, barely in the lobby either. Free internet is very slow, as they ask for additional payment for faster internet. Staff was helpful when coordinating breakfast issues.

6/10 Good

The rooms were very small, and I had to ask the staff three days in a row for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. When the room was finally cleaned, one of the twin beds wasn’t remade, and there was no comforter available, so we had to use thin sheets. The staff was polite, but the service did not meet expectations. The location is convenient about a 6-minute walk from Farringdon tube station.
