It started with check in. Staff are in a hurry and no mood to answer questions. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. We complained and they did nothing. Cleaning of the room is not done properly. In summary, it’s a name brand hotel with poor service and bad rooms. Don’t stay here.

This property was a very great stay for my wife and I. It was in a very lovey area of town, quiet and very adjacent to the tram(2 blocks behind the hotel). The breakfast was a super highlight, any and everything was available and was superior to any other hotel breakfast.
