I'm was a pretty decent stay, 4/5. We booked a double bed room with a bathroom. It was relatively small and we barely had room to open our 2 suitcases. The bathroom is tiny - there isn't much leg space in front of the toilet and the sink hangs half way into the shower, but despite this everything was still suitably usable for a single person. the trashcan in the room is very small, so we would recommend disposing of some of your trash in the cafe at the front of the hotel if necessary. In generally, all the ceilings are rather low, such as many things in Japan, so you may be uncomfortable if you are a tall person.
There will definitely be railway sounds ranging from soft to loud, but that can't be helped as the hotel is directly underneath one, and if you are a heavy sleeper like us, it will not keep you from sleeping.
We had one cleaning during our stay of 4 nights where they changed out our towels and cleaned/folded our sheets, and the staff are all very polite.
As mentioned before, the hotel front is actually a cafe where you can order some pretty decent food and drinks, and will serve as a great place to relax and sit if you find there is not enough room in your hotel unit to sit. They provide free slippers, toiletries, etc in the front which you can take as needed.
Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Akihabara as well as Akihabara station, so proximity wise the location is great.
Overall a pretty decent hotel for the price.
