A Stay Full of Potential, but Full of Hiccups
The place was packed with fun activities for the kids, and the staff was welcoming—it had so much potential. But the issues quickly added up. Some lights in our room didn’t work, the bunk beds felt unsafe and needed repairs, and parking was a nightmare. The final straw came when the elevator broke down right before checkout, leaving us to carry pack ‘n plays down four flights of stairs. What made it worse was the staff’s lack of urgency. These weren’t just minor inconveniences—they turned an exciting trip into a stressful experience. Sadly, we won’t be booking again.

We will be back for sure!
Great hotel to spend time with the family, specially if you have kids/teens. The apartment are spacious, with a small kitchen and bunkbeds for the kids. There are lots of activities inside the hotel, including a theater, a cinema, an arcade with good games, a market place with a small food court, all within the hotel grounds, so your children can have fun without even the need to spend lots of money in the theme parks.

I booked a king suite with handicap accessible that was suppose to have a king size bed and bunk beds aka full on botton and bunk above. We unfortunately was late checking in due flight being late. I called ahead and told them abd was assured it was ok. While checking in the receptionist had to walk away from us to confer with some one out of sight and when returned never gave an explanation just gave us the room keys and told us where we were to go. Upon walking into room it was not what i booked. It was 2 single beds and a queen and due to lateness and being extremely exhausted we just crashed and made due. Went to the lobby next morning and lodged complaint. Was given the chose of staying on opposite side of the compound where they were doing construction and a 20 dollar gift card to use there on property. I declined due to the location of the other room. Very disappointed in holiday inn.

Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we discovered significant safety and cleanliness issues in our room. There were holes in the wall, loose electrical outlets that posed a hazard to my three-year-old, and roaches crawling out of the TV. These conditions are unacceptable and should be addressed to ensure future guests don't endure the same experience. When I reported these issues, we were offered an "upgrade," which turned out to be a downgrade. Moving six people to a new room in the middle of the night without guidance from staff—who did not even provide directions—was an exhausting ordeal that took hours. Attempts to reach the front desk were futile as calls went unanswered, forcing me to escalate to corporate, who also struggled to get a response. The following day, I spoke with a manager who was unaware of the situation. When I expressed frustration over recounting the events yet again, she offered to investigate but did not follow up promptly. Ultimately, I was only refunded for the resort and parking fees due to booking through Hotels.com, but the refund was mistakenly issued to someone else’s card. A month later, I am still trying to resolve this error. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to basic safety and cleanliness was appalling. This experience turned our much-anticipated vacation into a stressful and unpleasant ordeal. I will never stay here again and strongly urge others to reconsider

Best Family Experience Ever!!!
This hotel was the best part of our trip!! We didn't want to leave the hotel. I mean, the water park was spectacular, the restaurants onsite make it super easy when traveling with little ones. The room was very spacious and clean. It offers everything you need to have a pleasant family trip. we are definitely coming back in the Summer!!!

Not a Great Experience
Terrible check in. Room wasn't ready until after 7pm and then it wasn't even the room we were promised when we did early check in at 11am. They won't let me put enough words on here to explain the whole load of BS that went on. They didn't really care. Offered to waive the $25 parking fee and let us check out late the next day. Told them we had to leave early the next day so checking out late wasn't a perk, they shrugged and said well at least you don't have to pay parking. Room was ok. It was clean. Hotel is older, outside could use some updates. You get what you pay for, I guess in this case it was poor organization and poor customer service. Will go elsewhere next time.

Positive experience overall
My experience was good, check-in was simple, hotel has a great waterpark, several restaurants, movie theater. Check out was simple, some remodeling going on, overall nice. If you want a pool view make sure that you get that in writing. That was the only issue I had. Once, I realized it was not a pool view i called and they offered it for a fee. I refused to pay for more. Hotel charges fee, plus resort fee plus parking. On a positive note you can stay here and the family will enjoy the hotel.
