Won’t be staying again
Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the standard of the hotel. It cost £150 per night and the room felt extremely unfinished. Our room had lots of open pipes in that weren’t boxed away which meant there was lots of noise especially when people used the showers and toilets. Throughout the night there was a very loud banging sound which was extremely annoying. I didn’t feel as though I got my moneys worth and will not be staying again.

Good customer service
We had an issue with our room that the a/c would only blow out ice cold air. We reported this via the hotels WhatsApp. The issue was investigated and we had been moved to a new room within 15 minutes. Very good service I’d say!

Overall very pleasant stay. Check in/out was easy with very little fuss on an automated system. Rooms were modern and well laid out. Mattress was a little too firm for our liking and you have to leave the room and go to a common area to get tea/coffee
