Staff was friendly, but the room had a mildew sewer smell. Some of the lights did not work. We had a large party stay at this hotel and almost everyone had a similar experience.

Incredible that the elevator didn’t work, and the bell boy told us that more than 6 months have passed without working, my wife is pregnant and our room was in 5th floor, thanks that we only spent one night, the hotel needs a renewal, and the towels are too old

I will not return
It's a nice building but with a lot of opportunities in maintenance. The experience at the reception was really bad, I made the checkin on line, but any way we we forced to fill the same form at frontdesk. The access to the room is quite complicated, there is no elevator and you need to go over some stairs with your luggage, no help from the staff. When we entered the room, no towels, soap or toilet paper. When we asked for them we received a bad mode response. We only received good treatment from the Waitress and the restaurant staff., the food is good.

Es un hotel regular comparado con otros de la misma cadena que he visitado, comparando igual con otros de la cadena la cocina de este es bastante malona, ejemplo un caldo Xóchitl bastante salado, el único café disponible fue el tipo americano y lo sirven ya bastante quemado de alguna cafetera que deben dejar encendida por muchas horas sin cambiarlo, aún algo simple como un club sandwich no tan bueno. Cama, colchón y sábanas estaban ok, toallas limpias aún que ya algo viejas, la zona del hotel está lo suficientemente aislada del bullicio del centro lo que te permite dormir bien si es lo que estás buscando. Si bien encontré limpio el hotel, se le empieza a notar algo viejo, por falta de mantenimiento como pintura, letreros despintados, entre otras cosas.
