We really enjoyed the variety of food options. There was many areas to the beach to sit or lay. Only bummer was being asked several times essentially about timeshare presentation but after day 2 we weren’t asked about it any longer. Wonderful kind staff that remembered us day to day. I've stayed at several hotels and all inclusive properties on the island over the years, the usual complaint from me is the food, not enough variety and lacking flavor. Fiesta Americanna stands above the rest with plenty of options and the quality was exceptional at every restaurant, every time! The dive boats pick you up right on the pier and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating without the usual high pressure sales pitches every time you pass by. Keep it up and I'll definitely be back!!!

Absolutely wonderful resort with enthusiastic and engaged staff, especially managers constantly walking around making sure stuff was cleaned and the area around provieded wondeful amenities like the snorkeling and variety of dining options on the ocean side especially the seafood dining that you could sit down at or they would bring you to wherever you were sitting, and on top of it, it was delicious, if they said they caught the food that morning i wouldnt be surprised, and every night the staff would take down and replace most of the cabanas every morning, A/C worked wonderfully in the rooms so much good stuff to say about the resort

The resort is lovely and snorkeling right in front is amazing. Not a ton of dining options as not all restaurants are open every night but you don’t lack for food. Staff was very attentive and gracious but they did ask us to listen to their membership pitch in exchange for a free excursion- not sure that was worth it. Spa massage was great! Overall wonderful trip for a girls vacation!

I like some of the staff was attentive and nice. The other half pushy and a little rude. Th transportation from the hotel is terrible because taxis rip you off.

Great Resort ... food could be better

Great base for a trip based on Scuba ... but much of the food service (except Grill and Cevicheria) is mediocre at best, both in choice and quality. Although 'All Inclusive' the premium items are exorbitant ... and in the case of the premium wines we tried, very poor - worse than the house wine. We got VIP vouchers, but they are virtually impossible to spend, without spending huge amounts on top. As this is out of town and the taxis are now very expensive (always pay in Pesos), think carefully about location if you want to get out and about. Hire cars in Cozumel are wildly overpriced with 'Compulsory Insurance' running to hundreds of dollars.

The staff was super friendly and provided excellence service. The property was nice and had amazing views of the ocean. Despite a hurricane causing the beach to close we still had a great time and the hotel did an amazing job keeping up safe and entertained.

Just returned from a week at Fiesta Americana. This was not our first time there and it wont be our last. This resort has everything. We have stayed at many resorts in Cozumel and this is our favorite. There are so many food options! Mexican, Italian, Oriental, seafood and buffets. We also love the coffee shop. The staff is top notch Arturo, Gabriel, Edgar, Anani, Perla, Aaron to name a few. The spa is fabulous as well, we ended up getting 2 massages because the first one was so great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great snorkeling and tons of seating on the beach. We have absolutely no complaints and cant wait to go back.
