Only down side was milk and tea bags for the room - they weren't provided but local shop (also friendly) had all we needed. We had a great stay at Novotel. The room was perfect, it was clean et confortable. However, the service from the staff was deceiving. As we check-in I ask info about the parking and I advise I was gonna let the car there for 3 days. The women did not tell me that I would have to pay in the hotel and have a special ticket... So when the time came and I had to exit the parking, the bill was 350$!!! So I had to let the car there, get back in the hotel and ask question. We got to the airport late because of that. It was very long waiting in the hotel to have service and resolve this problem. Also, second day there I ask if there was restaurant near the hotel. The women just told me that she didn't know... Well not very helpful..
