Exceptionally clean!!!!! When we walked into our room it was spotless and smelled so clean. The beds are harder than what we're used to, so we may take our own mattress topper next time we stay there. While having our complimentary breakfast at their restaurant (onsite), they will also serve you outside near the pool. While we were enjoying our breakfast we witnessed a staff member sweeping and mopping the perimeters tile. They go above and beyond on the upkeep of cleanliness. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and English speaking, making for a pleasant and easy check-in process. We saw a gym, pool, bar and restaurant. They have 24 hour security for the hotel and parking. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Cuando llegamos la reserva aún no estaba visible en el sistema del hotel, aún así la atención de la señorita fue muy amable y empezó a hacer nuestro registro y todo el personal fue muy amable. La alberca tiene una zona bajita y otra profunda 2.8 metros en el punto más bajo. Las habitaciones son lo suficiente comodas para estar muy bien. Como viajamos con insulina para la diabetes de mi tía pedimos que nos la guardaran en su refrigerador pero lo que hicieron fue enviarnos un frigobar de forma inmediata lo cual agradezco infinitamente.
