I arrived at the hotel only one hour before my check-in and I was denied access to my room since it was getting ready, however, when I finally entered, while clean, I didn't have all commodities. No water bottles, glasses, cups, etc., only one almost-finished toilet paper roll. No bucket for ice. I had to call reception and request those. I was denied a bucket and just received two plastic bags! Then, of course, I found the ice machine was busted so I had to go to another level to get ice, with my plastic bag. I used to love staying at this hotel, but not anymore. Next time I'll go to another one for sure.

Personal in the breakfast was so rude when they picked up the food one minute before the 10, and they just did no more food, when I was there at 9:40 not enough food, many people were waiting for more food and they just didn’t prepare more they just closed the doors and I had to discuss with the woman in charge because they were closing some minutes before 10 am. Just for that I will not stay again here.
