This hotel is well located and the rooms are renovated. However, rooms are small, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are very narrow.

Hotel Amelie is in the heart of the 7th, close to the Eiffel Tower and many sights. It's a cute neighborhood with everything you need. The breakfast is good and hotel staff knowledgeable and speak English. There are stairs and no elevator if that's a concern.

This hotel has a rating on Hotels.com yet I cannot understand how it rates such a high review - maybe the location? The location should not impact the rating of a hotel. I booked the hotel based on the rating, and have stayed in Paris on multiple occasions, giving a reasonable insight into what to expect. A lower rating would be much more appropriate for this property.

Great hotel. The area around is very quiet and walkable, lots of restaurants to choose from. There’s 24hr front desk and everyone was super helpful. there’s no elevator so make sure you pack light or request a room on the first floor.

Great location that is positive! However, you can hear all the voices from hallway to the room making it impossible to sleep. Room was very cold, even though the battery was on. Staff was not the nicest when asking for help. You need to leave the key to reception when leaving, and they say reception is open 24/7 HOWEVER it is not. One night I came back late at night and the door was locked. I knocked and waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to open the door.
