The hotel is nice. Walking distance to almost everything. But the noisy during the night is terrible. Sound like someone has a concert right outside the room. Sad because we really liked this place

Beautiful gem in Cozumel! Close to everything and yet, super peaceful! Amazing spot for a couple. It was romantic and comfortable! The rooms have a nice modern and welcoming design. Having a free drinkable water source was also a great plus!

Unbelievable stay
Wow! This new hotel is brand new and a beautiful design. We were a group of friends and were all so pleased with the comfort and location, it is just a couple of minutes walking from the ferry. The hotel offers free fruit and coffee in the morning and it has an outstanding pool to take some sun. Truly great hotel

very nice facility with great staff. unfortunatley we had no hot water to the sink. Reported to staff and sent an email to their head office with no reply from either. Facility is very close to a loud night club so take ear plugs. Breakfast is very minimal. Dont usually complain but for the price and giving head office a chance to rectify the problem with no reply I felt things should be reported.
