When I arrived after making a booking on Expedia, the front desk had no idea about it. They wanted me to pay them again. I called the manager and they cleared it up. There was luke warm water only. They said the boiler had just been fixed and needed time to warm up. But worst of all, I sat on the queen bed and half of it collapsed. It must have been broken already. I’m not that big. Underneath the mattress there was cracked cardboard! On a good note, the property was clean. But certainly not worth the money I paid for. Overall, a very bad and demoralising experience. Stay away. Luckily I had only booked for one night only.
