Loved everything about the location of this property. TONS of dining options nearby. Staff was AMAZING, especially the gentlemen taking care of our luggage. Great guides and you must ask them about exploring Dubai! You wont be disappointed. Room was large, cool, and cleaned evey day. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel and the staff. Great work Mercure Gold. We will definitely come back.

Acceptable but needs improvement.
An OK hotel if you are on a budget and need to be in this particular area. It has a ground floor nightclub on the North side (right hand side upon entry) and it can be heard in the rooms above on that side. If possible, book a room on the South side and on floors 3 or 4. Food is acceptable, breakfast being the best. Lunch and dinner can be hit or miss. Staff are very helpful but let down by management.

Called ahead and tried to request a certain room I was in the previous time, but were not able to accommodate and the hotel interior had a musty smell that seemed to be from the AC or something… tried airing it out, but wasn’t able to the entire 4 days I was there. Pool staff were very pleasant and helpful
