Really good place to stay at. Affordable. No microwaves or refrigerators, but my husband, kids and I just went to sleep there so it worked for us. Pool was clean and warm. A half block down from the main shopping center/street vendors and 2 blocks from the beach. I would stay again!

Hacienda Maria Bonita
Colorful hotel centrally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 3 min walk to beach,5th Avenida, all sorts of restaurants, bars, cafes and all the town has to offer. Check in was speedy and efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious and fairly price. Not a 5 star palace, but pleasant place to stay.

Great stay. The hotel is very colorful and nice. Very close to 5th Ave with all stores. The beach is couple of minutes of walk. Next to CocoBongo which is a pick up spot for all tours. Room is clean with shower. Pool is awesome.

The hotel has unsurpassable charm, it's a true gem. Unfortunately out a/c was overrun with mold this we couldn't use it without filling our room with strong mold smell, and we never had hot water for morning showers. Otherwise LOVED this hotel👌
