Just ok
The location was great the apartment was ok, the only bad thing was we ordered a terrace room but we were down graded given no prior notice first time that ever happened you normally get a up grade so not very happy because it was one of the reasons we picked the place,when we contacted the property owner they were quick to respond and apologetic but how can you double book a room or was it pure greed as someone else booked it for longer ??? As we were down graded we were put on a lower floor right next to the lift it drove us bananas the rooms are advertised as sound proof no there not between the lift and the noise from the road it was hard to sleep,the front door QR code was useless and after spending 20min at the front door someone from the staff finally let us in she wasn’t too happy been disturbed and ended up given us a key card ,we meet other people with the same problem getting in,there’s plenty of room for improvement at this property
