A/C not working and worst customer service
The A/C was not working properly. Once we got to the room, the temperature was 87 degrees F because the heater was on. We immediately turn it off but hot air kept coming through the vent. We went to the front desk and a technician was sent to our room. The technician indicated that he could only shut off the system and to open the sliding door to lower the temperature inside the room. We did that for about one hour which decreased the temperature in the room to 80 degrees F. However, the noise from the cooling towers was unbearable and our 4-month baby could not stop crying with the heat and the noise. We went back to the front desk, which sent the technician back to our room to do exactly the same. We were unable to sleep with the heat. It was our worst experience staying in a hotel.

Nice hotel but can only enter through loby
My only complaint is that you can only enter through the lobby even if your room is on the opposite end of the building. Hopefully they will install key readers for access through the other exterior doors. Other than that, the property was good. Room was large and clean.

Hotel staff was friendly. The property was clean but the first room they put me in had a malfunctioning AC unit, they changed me to a new room which was hot when I arrived. I set the thermostat down as low as I could, and was uncomfortable all night because the temperature would not go below 78°. Besides the problem for the AC and being uncomfortable because of the heat, everything else was acceptable.

Know Before You Book
The pool area was a great place to relax, however, the basket chair my 15 year old sat down in had been damaged unbeknownst to him and it immediately fell completely over. The bean bags for cornhole boards had been thrown on the roof so we were able to play that to relax. One of the elevators was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had 5 in our room and not enough towels and washcloths for our 1 night stay. I went to the front desk to request more sets to accommodate everyone where I was handed one towel and told that’s all they had. There was one remote for both TVs. No plates, utensils, or cups/glasses in the kitchenette for us to use for the food we brought- dinner that evening. Breakfast the next morning was crazy with people grabbing items and there wasn’t enough juice, yogurt, muffins to go around. The breakfast was not restocked to accommodate everyone. The balcony was extremely small. There were outdoor lights on the side of the hotel that we with pulling the curtains on the sliding door lit the entire bedroom up all night. The shower water was cold. It’s right next door to Busch Gardens. The positive about our stay was that the beds & pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Freezing no heat
The facility was nice and the staff was friendly however I was freezing!!!! It was 40 degrees weather and raining I needed a warm room to shower and sleep. No heat , there is no heater , the room was uncomfortable because it was so cold.
