I paid for 4 nights, the first I didn't arrive because I missed my flight connection, the second when I arrived there was no hot water, they moved me to another room and there was no air conditioning, but I managed to take a shower after a long trip, I returned to the original room and I told them that during the day I won't be there and that they please fix the water, I'll arrive on a long day
When I arrived at night at 8:30 pm, I asked the receptionist if they fixed the damage, and she said yes, but she didn't even know what my room was. In fact, I arrived to take a shower and there was no hot water, so I asked for key to bathe in another room so as not to move my things again with the idea that the next day they will fix it, the day passes and I arrive at night thinking that the water is already fixed, and to my surprise I was left soapy because it left Water. I had to ask again for the keys to another room to take a bath and I told them that I would keep the key because in the morning at 6am II would leave for the airport and I would need to take a bath again. The next day I tried to open that room door to take a shower and I couldn't open it, no matter how hard I tried, until a man from another room yelled stop at me, so I had to go back to the airport without taking a shower.
