We're repeat visitors, so we're obviously very happy with this property. The Hammersmith location is convenient to mass transit options, and it's in a delightful neighborhood to explore. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything worked properly. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Staff members were uniformly pleasant and professional.

8/10 Very good

A decent, centrally located hotel with easy access to two metro stations. However, the rooms were very small, and in our triple room, there was barely any space to put our luggage. You also had to request housekeeping every day, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite limited. There was no cheese or any other sandwich toppings apart from Nutella and jam, which definitely brings down the overall rating.

clean room, great staff, good value breakfast. Jannie was great and worked hard at breakfast to get everybody seated and sorted. Handy to tube, although the homeless people living under the overpass was a bit off putting late at night when returning home. This is not the hotel fault, but something to be aware of

Staff was very helpful throughout our stay, very convenient to bus station and the tube. Would stay there again!

6/10 Good

The hotel had a convenient location close to Hammersmith tube station. The room was spacious, and had air condition. If you like a hard bed this is the place for you. For me however the bed was just too firm, and I did not have a good night's sleep. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low,but this is just typical of hotels in the UK.

The hotel is very air conditioned which was wonderful during a heatwave. The breakfast spread was great. Hotel staff lovely. Really happy I booked this for our weekend in London. Conveniently located in Hammersmith with an easy walk to the tube and a neighborhood of restaurants and shops. Also enjoyed nearby pubs on the Thames.
