When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn’t ready because they had not cleaned the rooms and they didn’t know when they were clean the rooms so I asked them to refund my money and he said he would do it the next day, but my money has not been refunded.

I liked the price. They are remodeling rooms and I got one that hadn't been remodeled yet or if it had, the work is atrocious. Mattresses were ok but obviously worn. I couldn't get the deadbolt on the door to work. The parking lot was well lit. It was quiet despite being near two major freeways in Garland. The door to the room had a significant gap between the door and the threshold. The gap was large enough for rodents to enter when the weather turns cooler. The towels were of poor quality as were the soap bars. Television channels were all local channels which after a night or so were boring. The wifi access was inconsistent; the router password was extremely unsecure. I had limited access to protected networks. It was a waste of time to try to do any remote work.
