Nær Euston Station, St Pancras og King’s Cross. Ren og moderne leilighet. Svært enkelt med digital innsjekk, automatiske dører og detaljert digital veiledning for alle spørsmål. This was my third stay at a Cleveland Residences property and it was spotless as always. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the kitchenette came well-equipped, and the bathroom was great with fab water pressure in the shower and a handy light-up mirror. There was quite a bit of noise in the room above me the first night (happened around 11pm), I believe it was some rowdy guests, but after messaging Cleveland Residences and explaining the problem, the noise soon stopped. I was happy with how they handled it. There was no noise the following night. This property is in an incredible location - you are only a 2 minute walk to Russell Square station on the Piccadilly line. I would stay here again, as the location is hard to beat, and the rooms are incredible and at a reasonable price for central London.

I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!

Small but very clean and cool basement room, right around the corner from the Russell Square tube station. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. I'm coming back again next week! If I had any complaint I would say that the shower floor is slippery, so take care. For a single person staying alone this is a perfect spot. It's very quiet. Tip: when you go up the stairs to the street level, there's a small button you can press to unlock the security gate. The first couple of days that I stayed there I reached over the gate and entered the code manually, which was awkward.

The room was spotless and incredibly convenient. My only problem is that the picture shown when I booked shows a room about three times the size of what I was given. This shows a sofa; mine had no seating. This shows a desk under a TV; mine had a desk crammed next to the entrance and a TV literally over the bed itself.

I regularly stay in accommodation that i can prepare my own food in. Earlier in the week I had stayed in another studio which was pretty dismal in comparison. The studio is small. I think two people would only stay one or two nights here. There isn't much room for additional luggage. However, it is probably the best little studio I have stayed in. The kitchenette is small but perfectly formed. There is all the equipment you need for a couple of nights stay. The bathroom isn't large but, they have actually thought about the layout and how the shower door opens and closes. I used the laundry facilities (you are provided with laundry tablets). These are clean and modern. My only grumble was the bed which was very firm and quite uncomfortable (a good topper would fix that). Altogether it was a great night at the Cleveland Residences. These are thoroughly modern and high end finished accommodation and were a pleasure to stay in.

The kitchen set up was great - nice sized refrigerator, several pans, adequate knives and cutlery. 2 washers and 2 driers which worked well. Bed very firm but comfortable. Close to tube, dining, large grocery store, and British Museum. Walkable to St Pancras train station as well. Only down sides - narrow winding stair to carry bags up, no lift access.

Accueil poli et professionnel, mais sans un quelconque sourire et un peu de chaleur humaine. Ne sommes-nous que des porte-monnaies? Par contre, chambre spacieuse et calme, très bonne literie, coin cuisine bien équipé, salle de bain rutilante avec douche très agréable. État impeccable des couloirs, escaliers et sols.
