The room was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable because the room was extremely hot when we arrived. We tried taking a cold shower to cool off, but even the cold water was warm. We contacted the staff for assistance, but the only suggestion was to let the water run for 2–3 minutes. We ended up running it for over 30 minutes, and it still never became truly cold. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room. It was so warm that my entire family was sitting in the room with as little clothing as possible, yet we still couldn't get comfortable. If the air conditioning and water temperature issues are addressed, this would be a much more enjoyable place to stay because the room itself was clean and otherwise met our expectations.

I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner!

綺麗で目的地からも駅からも近くてよかったです。 チェックインとかの仕方がわからなくて困ってたらスタッフの方に助けていただきました。 チェックアウトの仕方もわからなかったので 説明してほしかったです。 あとは満足でした。

駅からも近く便利です。ベッドの固さが丁度良く、どこのメーカーを使っているのか知りたくなりました。清潔感あり、快適に過ごせました。大きな荷物を2階に運ぶには階段が少々狭いようにも思いましたが、大きな問題ではないです。アメニティ一つ一つに心配りを感じ癒されました。
