Good stay, great location
The location is quite good, very close to Lincoln Road & a short walk to Espanola. We were coming off of a cruise ship & they allowed us to check in a few hours early. The only issue we had was the water did not get real hot for showering. The bed was comfy. There is a lot of noise from the road & there is a lot of light that comes in the windows. I would definitely recommend a sleep mask & sound machine during sleep.

The elevator was broken, the stairs were not ADA compliant with no locking mechanisms. Parking was non-existent. No microwave. No black out curtains when roon is street facing.

Very new place so there were some things to still work out but staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Carmen who was wonderful. Place was clean and lovely and very comfortable.

New Hotel - Hidden Gem!
Even though I only stayed for one day, and this hotel is brand new, the staff was so welcoming and so kind that I had to write about it. They were extremely helpful and the customer service was great. The hotel is also right in the heart of South Beach and there's a great sushi restaurant a block away. Would definitely recommend!

Quando cheguei, o odor de mofo era insuportável no meu quarto, deu até enxaqueca. Me mudaram de quarto e amenizou, mas o odor toma conta do corredor inteiro. Como foi uma tarifa sem reembolso, resolvi continuar. As cortinas são persianas, então, quarto de manhã é totalmente claro (outro problema). A limpeza é terrível. E não havia frigobar. Quando informei, tiraram de um quarto e colocaram no meu. A única coisa que realmente é muito boa e a localização. E perto de tudo. Faz-se tudo a pé. Em relação aos funcionários, parabenizo Carmem, sempre muito prestativa. Os outros não tem a menor boa vontade para nada. O hotel deixa na recepção agua a vontade. Isso é muito bom também.
