Great stay for a large group (2 adults and four kids). A washer/dryer in the suite was a godsend. The staff was great, and it was only a few blocks from Hatchobori Station, meaning that getting around Tokyo by train was super easy. Definitely a good base of operations for a family trip!

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was a great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was clean and the access to a washer/dryer was a huge help! We would load and start the wash before we left for the day and come back to clean, fresh laundry! If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.
