The house was beautiful. The customer service was excellent. Three stars because the listing is misleading. The pool is only heated for an additional fee. The fee is not a nominal fee either. Lastly, the outdoor experience was missing fire. There was no outside heating element. On vacation you tend to be outside more than inside. I would’ve preferred more comfort
