The Esplanade
"Truly oustanding views, great location nice room and one of the comfiest beds(4 poster room 23) ive slept in tbf, but couple of minor things that need addressing to make it a 5*, small light in bathroom doesn't work, shower is poor and wonky toilet seat, but would i stay again, definitely and try and book the larger room downstairs with the 4 poster."
The Strathmore
"Our second stay at this wonderful Bed & Breakfast. Location is perfect, parking behind the accommodation is reasonably priced and there is always a warm welcome when we have arrived. The breakfast delivered to the bedroom every morning is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return"
The Townhouse
"full English breakfast amazing with daily specials Clean room and lovely beach views we would stay again"
YHA Manorbier - Hostel
"I had a lovely stay at YHA Manorbier. Easy check in, very friendly people, good amenities and a great base for some nice walks. I really liked the choice of different seating areas and the onsite cafe, and 24 hour parking for £5 meant not having to rush off after check out. It only took around 45 minutes to walk to Manobier beach on the coastal path, which was a nice way to start a Sunday. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area :)"
The Broadmead Boutique B and B
"Stayed for four nights. Staff were great as was the room. Breakfast was varied and excellent."
The Town Crier

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Tenby
- Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Tenby is during January, February, and November, when hotel prices tend to be lower. To fully appreciate the town's rich history and culture, it’s advisable to stay for at least 2 to 3 days. This budget-friendly duration allows you to explore key landmarks such as historic churches, the picturesque port, and the stunning islands nearby. You might also enjoy recreational activities like swimming and fishing, as well as the chance to spot dolphins while on a ferry. Overall, visiting Tenby during these months can offer great value for money for those on a budget.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: You may discover attractive deals for Tenby hotels on Hotels.com by visiting the DealsOpens in a new window section, where discounted rates may be available close to your travel date. For last-minute bookings, check the Last-Minute Deals area and enable email alerts or push notifications to stay informed on flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app lets travellers compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re more likely to see updated information on availability and potential savings.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay at a Tenby hotel. For those seeking unique accommodations, boutique hotels can offer a more personalised experience and sometimes better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If it appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Remaining closer to major attractions or the heart of the city can offer convenience, though it usually comes with a higher price tag. For more affordable rates, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and ease of access to your planned destinations. It is also worth exploring independent hotels further out, which are more likely to be affordable and can offer a more authentic, budget-friendly experience.
