6/10 Good

The hotel staff were wonderful—excellent service-mindedness and very warm. Breakfast was good. However, the rooms are very, very basic; there is no dresser or wardrobe, and nowhere to place a suitcase. The bathroom is extremely narrow and very basic. I expected better value for my money.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, very comfortable room ( bed was super comfy!). Amenities include hand wash at sink and body wash/shampoo in shower… bring any other toiletries you may need. Highly recommend ~ will stay here again when in London!

Great location, the rooms were clean and the air-conditioning was appreciated, the ice water in the lobby was nice. A mini-fridge for our own beverages would have been nice.

A perfect location for exploring London! The check-in was easy, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms (we were originally given a disabled accommodation) and the rooms are clean and spacious!

Verified review

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube.

8/10 Very good

There are no amenities at all. The staff was very nice. We were charged for an early check-in and I’m sorry when the rooms are clean and ready there shouldn’t be an extra fee.
