The hotel just opened in March, so it is very fresh. The rooms are super quiet. They are a little small, but normal for Tokyo. Each room has a washer/dryer unit, so you can travel light. Breakfast was great. The staff is so attentive and polite. I will return.

This property feels noticeably more elevated than other Tokyu Stay locations I’ve stayed at, and it shows from the moment you walk in. The hotel is fairly new, and the room finishings reflect that, dark wood accents, especially in the bathroom and shower, give it a warmth and sophistication you don’t always get at this price point. Everything was spotless, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the AC was so effective I had to turn it off after a f to avoid freezing — a very welcome problem after a long day slogging around Tokyo in the heat. Check-in was seamless, and the welcome drink (coffee or tea) was a small but thoughtful touch that goes a long way after a long flight. But the real star here is the location. Sitting right across from Ebisu Station with quick access to Shibuya and Shinjuku, you truly could not ask for a better base. Ebisu has serious nightlife energy — every night the sidewalks fill up with people out on the town, great bars around every corner, and a 24-hour Yoshinoya steps away for when you need to refuel (get the yakiniku meal set — you’ll thank me later). Come morning, decompress with a leisurely walk through Daikanyama or make the easy 15-minute stroll to Nakameguro. This neighborhood has it all, day and night. And when you’re ready to elevate the evening, Yebisu Garden Place is just a short walk away — grab prime rib at Lawry’s, a steak at Peter Luger’s, or cap the night with live jazz at Blue Note Tokyo.
