We stayed here for our first time in Phuket and it was absolutely amazing. We loved it! They upgraded us to their private pool room and we couldn’t fault it at all, it was magical. Eve was very nice and welcoming when we checked in and all the staff were very accommodating and always making sure we were ok. One of the best hotels definitely recommend it.

If I could rate this place seven Stars I would baste solely on the staff which always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The sunset views from the pool were epic and the drinks from rancho the bartender were perfect.
