"I really liked the hotel. They have free skincare and hygiene products as well as pajamas and slippers. It was also conveniently located with the Family Mart at the base of the hotel and across the street from a train station. I expected more from the Japanese bathhouse and wished they had towels available there. I later learned you had to bring your own towel from the room. I also wish I had known to collect my Seibu points each time dining at the hotel lobby. The staff did not inform us of this tip until it was time to leave. Overall, it was a good experience."
