Mariah was amazing, responded to any questions I asked very quickly, and gave clear instructions about checking in, and then followed up with a message later in the evening just letting me know that she was at my disposal should I need anything, and then a email this morning, checking how my stay was. thanks Mariah for making my stay easier and comfortable, knowing that should I need anything I could reach out to you. Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the famous Beigel shop, which I went to at 2am in the morning

We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought but it wasn’t so we had to buy some. We were told we would be refunded some money due to the kitchen but two days later and nothing else has been said but we will keep trying. This was a waste of money - overpriced and not at all a clean space including mattress & duvet stain’s & suspicious white stains across the curtains. (Also VERY loud location and no sound. blocked at all) The shower was also incredibly weak. DO NOT BOOK - save your money and go to the premier inn down the road
