Loud music literally outside the room. The restaurant/bars around the hotel are open to 3-4 am and it was extremely loud. I got little to no sleep.

Not bad for the price, near the bus station which is good if you take the bus to downtown from the airport and only have carryon it’s an easy walk. Clubs with loud music on either side but didn’t affect my sleep. Needs some minor renovations but all around decent for a cheap hotel in cancun.

Decent hotel close to ADO bus station in downtown area. Room was small, but relatively clean. A fair amount of noise, however, from nightlife at surrounding places. Probably not the kind of place that you'd long to return to, but a nice hotel for the money if you need to spend a night or two in downtown Cancun.

Property was decent for the money, but it desperately needs some maintenance in many areas. Staff was very friendly and room was kept clean. Excellent water pressure and good working AC unit, unfortunately no fridge in the rooms. Bar across the street turns up the music very loud and is noticeable till 3 or 4am ….. definitely bring some earplugs 😂
